Bold, bright and full of character, Tony Drawbridge’s jewellery is made to spark conversation. The son of celebrated silversmith and sculptor Tanya Ashken, Tony made his first pendant at age 14 and has been creating jewellery ever since. A self-described ‘magpie by nature’, he’s spent over 30 years collecting used plastics and metals and giving them new life as striking, one-of-a-kind pieces of wearable art. Fascinated with materials and committed to sustainability, he finds inspiration everywhere, seeing new possibilities of colour, shape and texture in anything ranging from scraps of technology to offcuts from film sets.
