ŌKU Digest/Kūnatu Tea
ŌKU Digest/Kūnatu Tea
Aotearoa New Zealand has a wealth of native plants traditionally used to maintain or support ora, well-being. Established in 2010, ŌKU was formed by medical herbalist and naturopath Scott Smith and Helen Paul-Smith (Tapuika, Ngāi Te Rangi) out of the desire to share the fantastic properties of the rākau (plants) held within our ngahere (forests). Their unique range of teas, elixirs, and skincare harnesses the power of herbs to assist digestion, respiratory and immune systems, amongst various other functions. ŌKU is a family-owned and run business dedicated to promoting the sustainability of native rākau. As a result, they donate a portion of profits from every product to land restoration and planting projects.
