The kaupapa behind Te Ua’s mahi is deeply rooted in the importance of connecting to your whakapapa through carving, and the traditional materials used to create these taonga. Te Ua’s pieces are handcrafted and set to the highest standard, with outstanding presentation and a focus on sustainability. 

Each piece of pounamu jewellery has been made by hand and is one of a kind. Variations in the colour and shape of the pounamu stone may occur as a result. This only adds to the unique beauty and character of each piece.
