Rerehua Boutique Bracelet Pīata Mai Ana

Founded by sisters and educators Ashley Pihema and Kelly Pihema-Berridge (Kai Tahu, Ngāti Kahu, Ngāti Whātua and Ngāpuhi), Rerehua Boutique was born from a desire to share their love for Aotearoa New Zealand’s Indigenous reo (language), tikanga (customs) and mātauranga (knowledge). Each of their beautifully crafted taonga (treasure) is engraved with a whakataukī (proverb) or karakia (ritual chant), enfolding the wearer in a kaupapa (philosophy) and a personal story that uplifts and inspires. From ‘Kia tau te rangimārie’, a reminder that you never walk alone, to ‘Pīata mai ana’, an affirmation to stand proud in who you are, each piece is thoughtfully designed to stand with you every day – helping you feel confident, empowered and proud as you whakanui (uplift) the Indigenous reo and heritage of Aotearoa.
