Uenuku Hei Tiki Lilac & Magenta

Rooted in Māoritanga, artist David Brosnahan (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Pāhauwera) crafts his vibrant Uenuku pendants from laser cut plywood, meticulously divided into 11 distinct pieces. Each piece is primed and spray-painted before being carefully assembled to achieve a harmonious interplay of colours – a fitting tribute, as Uenuku is the name of the atua (god) of rainbows.
